  1. Andy was not only my cousin but my first boss. I was ring bearer at his wedding and he always treated me with trust and kindness. I did odd jobs like cut his lawn and do yard work as a young boy and then eventually I worked all through high school and helped manage the Char-Broil House. He always paid me and I learned hard work pays off. I also learned many management skills from him that came in handy later in my career. He taught me the meaning of hard work and family. Taking care of his customers was his mission in life. Something his children inherited. Always smiling and welcoming, he was meant to serve the community good food with friendly service.

He will be missed by many. May he rest in peace.
