Irondequoit- Suddenly December 9, 2022. Predeceased by her parents John & Lucille Alba. Survived by her  beloved husband Frank, son John, sisters Angela (Mike) Barbata, Connie (Ted) Capuano, several brother and sister-in-laws, aunt, uncle,cousins, nieces Jenna, Marissa and Megan, nephews Nicholas and Joseph. Thanks to Rochelle Alba, Char Maciuska, aide & friend Patty for the comfort and care they gave to Judy.

Judy was a very special person who gave her life to helping others.

Calling hours will be Wednesday 5-7pm at Dierna Funeral Home 2309 Culver Rd. Her celebration of life service will be Thursday 1pm at Webster Bible Church 675 Holt Rd.

Patrick was predeceased by his parents Patricia and Vittorio. Survived by his Aunt Beverly and Uncle Paul Menna, cousins Jackie Mirti, David (Anna) Menna, second cousins Nicholas, Lucas, Paul and Gianna and family in Italy.

His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, December 9th at 10:00AM at St. Kateri at St. Cecilia Church. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Obituary of Judith A. Campbell

Judith “Judy” Ann Campbell, 79, of Greece, NY passed away December 4, 2022. Judith was predeceased by her parents, Peter and Rose Vacanti. She is survived by her daughter Angela (Sam) Papavram, son Gregory (Joy) Campbell, grandchildren Teddy, Maria, Sabrina, Stefanie, Elisabeth, her brother Douglas Vacanti, as well as her uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Judy had a kind heart and was a devoted daughter, mother and grandmother. She loved children and had fond memories of the time she spent working and volunteering at her local elementary school. She enjoyed crocheting and reading at Greece library.
Calling hours will be Thursday, December 8th from 10:00 – 11:30AM with a service at 11:30AM at Dierna Funeral Home. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Survived by her husband of 24 years, Michael; daughters Lisa (Matt) Witten of AZ, Christine Dutton (Donna Meller) of Northamton, MA, and Donna Dutton of Rochester, NY; sons Michael (Chelsey) Goly of Fairport, NY and Bobby “Jake” (Jill) Alen; and many grandchildren, nieces & nephews.

Obituary of Joyce Desiderio

Joyce Desiderio (Consler)- entered into eternal rest on November 17, 2022. She was a beloved wife of 53 years to John Richard Desiderio. She was predeceased by her parents Ralph and Helen Consler; her brother Robert Consler; sister-in-law Susan Consler-Versa; and brothers-in- law John Iuppa and Lawrence Block. She is survived by her brother Donald Consler; her sister Gayle Iuppa; brother-in-law Thomas (Peggy) Desiderio; and 4 sisters-in-law: Ann Consler; Rosemary (Peter) Yurkewicz; Margaret Block; and Kathleen Faticone. Joyce was a loving aunt to 14 nieces and nephews, 19 great nieces and nephews and 5 great, great nieces and nephews. Joyce traveled and lived in many states and countries supporting her husband through a combined 41-year military and Federal Civil Service career. Settling in Maryland, Joyce started an independent business working for twenty-two years as a self-employed bookkeeper for up to ten local businesses at one time. Joyce always made the time to volunteer in many important church activities such decorating the altar area of multiple Catholic Churches, organizing “Time, Talent and Treasure” fairs, and assisting the Red Cross staff and patients at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for over ten years. She blessed the hearts of all who knew her. Visitations and a Mass of Christian Burial will take place in Damascus, MD on November 28th and November 29th . Interment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery located at 2461 Lake Avenue; Rochester, NY 14612 on December 6th at 10:30. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Association or the Red Cross.

Irondequoit-November 27, 2022 at 90.  Survived by his beloved wife Elaine Dilella, widower of Gloria Zanni, sons Ben (Theresa) and Brian (Kim), grandson Matt (Allison) Kommer, great grandchildren Chase & Sophie, brother Anthony, sisters Ann Piano & Viola Bonafine, stepdaughter Debra Ann Danno, sister-in-law Dorothy Pusateri and brother-in-law Sam (Cindy) Lovetro. Nick was a member of the St. Cecilia Men’s Club for many years.
Calling hours will be Thursday December 1st, from 4-7pm at Dierna Funeral Home 2309 Culver Rd. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday 10am at St. Kateri St. Cecilia Church. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

David is predeceased by his loving wife Gail Stookey(Radigan). He is survived by his children, Kathy Fletcher, Steve Shales, Keith Shales and Tara Giddings(Shales); grandchildren Lee, Erica, Ashley, Adam, Zachary, Raidon, Joshua, Payton; great-grandchildren, Xavier, Lorenzo and Nicolette.
David requested a Celebration of Life in his honor as opposed to traditional funeral services. We request all of David’s family and friends join us in celebrating his life December 2, 2022, at 6PM at Dolomite Lodge located at 1628 Jackson Rd. Penfield, NY 14526. Celebration will be casual.
