Nathaniel Williams, Jr, affectionately known as “Nate” or “Monk” to those who loved him, peacefully transitioned from this life on October 18, 2025, after a courageous battle with lung cancer.
He leaves to cherish his loving partner of 17 years, Janet Blake; his daughters, Tikoya (Ikechi) Nwabuisi, and Vanice Burton; one daughter-in-love, Janelle Blake, eight grandchildren; siblings Michael (Michelle), Tina, and Gary; and a host of nieces, nephews, family members, and friends who will miss him dearly.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, November 8th at Spiritus Christi Church, 121 N. Fitzhugh St. Rochester, NY 14614. Visitation will be 10-11AM, with the funeral services beginning at 11AM.
