Carmen M. Ortiz Betances
Born in Culebra, PR in 1941, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 2nd at the age of 84, in Rochester, NY.
Predeceased by her husband Victor M. Betances (Manolin); and sons Junito Cuadrado, Luis B. Cuadrado, and Wilfredo Betances (Wipi).
Survived by Jose Cuadrado, Adalberto Cuadrado, Madeline (Willie) Velazquez, Jorge Betances, Maria Williams, Angel (Colleen) Betances, and Nelson (Doris) Betances; 18 grandchildren; and 37 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 6th from 9-11:30 AM with a service at 11:30AM at Dierna Funeral Home, 2309 Culver Rd. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
