Charlotte Irene Tierson

Palmyra, New York

We announce with heavy hearts the passing of Charlotte Irene Clark, a devoted wife, mother, stepmother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who left this world peacefully on June 3, 2025, at the age of sixty-seven, surrounded by family at home. Born January 30, 1958, in St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, NY to her parents Warren Oliver Tierson and June Irene Tierson, Charlotte was a cherished member of the community for sixty-seven years.

She dedicated her life to her family and beloved children and always strived to gather them together in celebration with one another. Charlotte enjoyed family clam bakes, cookouts, reunions, and thanksgiving feasts. Charlotte loved cooking and gardening, and she enjoyed teaching her children how to cook the family’s favorite recipes. Growing up she was a bit of a tomboy and enjoyed hunting with her father and riding snowmobiles.

In 1994 Charlotte met her husband David Clark, they shared a life of love and companionship. When asked what her favorite job had been, she replied that it was washing windows, because she got to do it with her husband Dave. They remained happily married until the time of her passing.

Charlotte is survived by her loving husband David, her children Jayson (Shelley), Shawn, Crystal, and Patricha, her stepchildren Danielle (Melissa) and Jay (Alicia), her sisters Darlene (Bill) and Karen (Ron), her thirteen grandchildren Cody, Alanna, Jennifer, Tyler, Kahlan, Elizabeth, Marissa, Kenzie, Kiley, Kristanna, Dakotah, JT, and Layne, and her six great-grandchildren Warren, Adelaide, Blaire, Olive, Hailey, and Sophia.

Charlotte is preceded in death by her parents Warren and June, and her brother Larry.

A private celebration of life will be held at a future date.
