Deacon Liston Franklin Daughtery was born on February 3, 1937, in Bradenton, Florida, to the late Frank T. and Melissa Daughtery. A devoted servant of God, he faithfully served as the former Chairman of the Deacon Board of Outreach Temple C.O.G.I.C. United under the leadership of the late Bishop Rufus McGee, Sr.
He was preceded in death by his two sons, Minister Kevin Daughtery and Liston Daughtery.

Deacon Daughtery leaves to honor his legacy his loving wife of 66 years, Missionary Eva I. Daughtery; two daughters; one grandson; four godchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

My prayers and deepest condolences to Deacon Daughtery’s family he will truly be missed. It was truly a pleasure to call him Uncle Liston such a wonderful spirit. Thank you Joy for blessing me to be apart of his life and he part of mine.

He was humorous, loving, full of wisdom and a man of few words. He was a Phenomenal husband, father and friend.
