Affectionately known as Double Dee.
A beloved mother, grandmother, partner, and friend. Debra was preceded in death by her mother, Catherine Downs, and leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family.
She will be forever cherished by her three children: Terrell Downs, Tobias Downs, and Tiara Downs-Pendleton; her six adored grandchildren; and her devoted domestic partner, Sherman.
A private celebration of Debra’s life will be held at a later date.
