Ellen Strickland Taylor passed away peacefully at home on Friday, May 26, 2023, with her family by her side. Her family provided loving care during the last few years of her life as she valiantly battled Alzheimer’s. She was born in Rochester, NY on September 6, 1941 to Forrest and Helen Strickland. She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Douglas Taylor. She owned a small local business for many years where she loved being around people. She is survived by her son Eric (Binti), daughter Heidi (Gavin), grandsons Tarpen & Ryder Flickinger, granddaughters Sophia & Kirana Taylor. She will be incredibly missed by her family and friends.
