Jamie D. Arena

Jamie sadly passed away unexpectedly on May 27th, 2025 at age 42. He is predeceased by his grandparents Barbara and Fred Ott and cousin Danny Ott. He is survived by his beloved children Jake, Gia and Lexi, his mother Sandy Wiegele, his father Joseph (Susan) Arena, brother Joseph Arena, grandparents Clarence and Rosemary Arena, uncles Daniel Ott and David Ott, aunt Diane Arena, and many cousins.

Jamie obtained his journeyman license in mechanical services and was 3rd generation employed by UA Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 13. His greatest accomplishment in his life was his three children Jake, Gia and Lexi who were the light of his life. Jamie was kind, funny, loving, and a huge Bills fan…He will be tremendously missed.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday June 21st, from 2-6pm at Point Pleasant Fire Department 55 Ewer Ave Rochester, NY 14622

  1. I’m deeply sorry to the entire Arena family for the loss of Jamie. I don’t know his children personally but my prayers go out to them. To Clarence and Joe, my deepest sympathies for the loss of your grandson and son. Jamie will forever have my thoughts and prayers as he was a true friend and brother. He will be forever missed and loved by all who were lucky enough to have known him. May God Bless him forever.
