It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of José Joel Toledo Molina, who left this world on August 23, 2025, just one day before his 47th birthday.
Born on August 24, 1978, José Joel was a beloved son, father, grandfather, and brother whose presence touched the lives of many. He is survived by his loving parents, Flor Molina Osorio and José Toledo Vázquez and step father, Angel David Cox Ayala, who held him close in life and memory, by his cherished children, sons — José Joel Toledo Centeno and Felix Toledo Matos— and his daughter, Joeliz Toledo Centeno, as well as his ten grandchildren. He is also survived by his 5 siblings, Joey, Yaritza, Jose, David, and Jovelis.
José Joel will be remembered for his devotion to his family, his strength of spirit, and the love he gave so freely to all around him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
The calling hours and memorial service will be held at Dierna Funeral Home, located at 2309 Culver Rd. located in Rochester, NY 14609 on August 28th from 5 pm to 9 pm. Everyone who wishes to come and attend and say their last goodbyes to him are welcome.
