Kevin A. Long
Peacefully passed, surrounded by family, on November 10, 2025, at the age of 57. Kevin was an inspiration to all of us during his courageous battle with cancer throughout the years, and he fought until the very end. He is predeceased by his parents, Richard “Tinker” Long and Louise (Ash) Long.
Kevin is survived by his devoted wife of 29 years, Michele (Natale) Long; his children, Ryan and Abby, whom he adored and was endlessly proud of; his sister and brother-in-law, Kristin and John Moore; father– and mother-in-law, Carl and Nancy Natale; brothers– and sisters-in-law, Bob and Kristen Hoffman and Zach and Lisa Zazubec; nieces Carly and Natalie; his dogs Cooper (his constant companion) and Maggie; close friend Anthony Forgione; and several cherished uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
He was a devoted and loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend who treasured spending time with the people he loved. During his final months, he often said how lucky he felt to have such wonderful family and friends. In truth, we are the fortunate ones, lucky to have had Kevin in our lives and to have been loved by him.
Kevin was hardworking, loyal, dependable, adventurous, calm, and supportive. He was an avid Bills fan (one of his final wishes was to see them win a Super Bowl). He enjoyed racing BMX, motocross, dirt modified cars, and mountain bikes in his younger years, working on cars and fixing things, jet skiing, boating, snowmobiling, camping, and traveling.
He was a sensitive soul who was never afraid to show his emotions. He was curious, eager to learn, and kind-hearted, accepting people for who they were. He understood that everyone makes mistakes, and he believed in second chances. He loved movies, often quoting his favorite lines, and had a soft spot for Hallmark movies. Kevin could be silly, had a great sense of humor, and loved to laugh.
Generous with his time and what he had, Kevin was a great listener and mentor who always took a genuine interest in supporting the people in his life and seeing them succeed.
In Kevin’s memory, please do something that is meaningful to you. He was a remarkable human being who cherished his family and friends and will be deeply missed by so many.
A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 10:30 AM at Holy Spirit Church 1355 Hatch Rd., Webster. Private Interment.
