Kwame H. McNeal
September 26, 1990 – February 6, 2026

Kwame H. McNeal, affectionately known as the life of the party, was born on September 26, 1990, in Rochester, NY, to Leonard McNeal and the late Jill Washington. Kwame passed unexpectedly on February 6, 2026, at the age of 35.

Kwame was deeply loved by his entire family, who saw him as someone who could do no wrong. His vibrant spirit, humor, and unwavering loyalty made him a cherished presence in every room he entered. To know him was to love him.

He leaves to honor his legacy his devoted father, Leonard; ten siblings; many nieces and nephews; and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends who will forever hold him in their hearts. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, March 20th at 4:00 PM (visitation from 3:00–4:00 PM) at Dierna Funeral Home.

Interment will be private.

The family kindly asks attendees to wear green in Kwame’s honor. Please leave a message of love below.
