As it is written in Matthew 5:14 (KJV), “Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.” Truly, her life embodied this scripture in both word and deed.

Sister Elder Lucinda carried a light that reached deep into the hearts of all who encountered her. Her penetrating smile was more than an expression, it was a ministry of warmth, reassurance, and divine love. In her presence, you felt seen, valued, and uplifted. She had a remarkable gift for connection, going out of her way to remind each person that they were a child of God, worthy of acknowledgment, dignity, and grace.

Her impact was not confined to grand gestures, but lived in the quiet, consistent ways she made others feel known and loved. She left an indelible mark on every life she touched, shining brightly in a world that needed her light.

Though she has transitioned from this earthly life, her glow remains a guiding light in our memories and a reflection of God’s enduring love. Her legacy will continue to shine through the countless lives she inspired.
