Predeceased by her loving husband Richard Kolacki.
Survived by her children Diane (Sam) Germano, Linda Kolacki, and Rick Kolacki; grandchildren Sarah (Tom) Pizzo, Jennifer (Yotam) Lazar, Erica Gutman, Jonathan (Diana) Gutman, and Ari Gutman; great-grandcildren Nathan Gutman and Eitan Lazar; and many nieces, nephews, and loving friends.
Services will be held privately.
