Pedro Luis Rivera, 47, passed away unexpectedly September 11th 2025 at Ocala hospital in Ocala, Florida. He was Born April 11th, 1978 in Rochester NY. The Son of Sonia Ortiz and Carmelo M Rivera. The Brother of Roberto Colon, Carmen Colon, and Hector De’Jesus. The Father of Niajali Rivera, Pedro Rivera Jr., Carmelo Rivera, Renezmee Rivera and Blessing Rivera. The Step Father of Jalitza Orsini, Jayla Orsini, and Johnathon Orsini. The Husband of Rachel Serra. Pedro was always an outgoing, loving, caring, helpful person. Pedro Rivera Sr. was loved by many because of the way he intentionally chose love and compassion constantly throughout the course of his life.   His life was not always a straight path but his bright smile always showed up to light the way. His kindness, smile and laughter will be greatly missed.

May his love, zest and passion carry on in all of the people he touched throughout his life. May his legacy of love endure and live on through his children, mother, wife and those closest to him who were blessed enough to know him and those lucky enough to encounter him.  May he rest in eternal peace.
