Thomas Alan Soward

Passed away unexpectedly on August 13, 2025. Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Alice Soward. He is survived by his sisters Bernadette Kowalski, Constance Loomis, and Ramona Stice, his foster family, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Special thanks to the East Rochester Police Department and the Brockport Police Department for their support and care.

  1. I was always extremely close to my uncle Tommy. He was my favorite uncle with all my uncles I have. I believe really strongly in family.My family are all very important to me.We shared a lot of things,we both liked a lot of the same stuff.

    1. Rebecca, your uncle was my patient for many, many years. He was my absolute favorite. Tom was the sweetest man. I adored him and have many memories of him. I will always hold a special place in my heart for him. God Bless him and your family.
