William “Bill” Liebenow, 68, peacefully entered the presence of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 7, 2026, following a brief illness.
He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. When he wasn’t spending time with family, Bill enjoyed working on and driving his Camaros.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Cathy; his children, Rob, Sarah (Anthony) Salvaggio, Rachel Sharpe, and Steven; his ten cherished grandchildren; his sister, Lisa (Steve) Lowry; his brother, Mark (Margie) Liebenow; and many beloved family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and June Liebenow.
A memorial service celebrating Bill’s life will be held on Friday, June 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Calvary Chapel Westside.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Calvary Chapel Westside.

Bill was a wonderful person and a great brother in law! He was fun loving and a gentle soul!
I had the privilege to have him for a brother in law for almost 30 years and I will always remember the fun times we shared!

Wow, this one really took me by surprise. Growing up into adulthood, my parents house was right next door to Bill’s parents (Aunt June and Uncle Bob) house so we grew up knowing each other with my 2 brothers and sister hanging with Bills sister and brother. We did things like catching frogs in the ditch, rode minibikes and motorcycles and snowmobiles, skeet shooting and many ,many memories. Our lives meshed so well , there were hardly any controversies …ever. Perhaps the thing we all had were parents who had a solid belief in Jesus Christ and trickled down to us kids. Even though my personal belief system was “walking the fence” , I realized later in life that being luke warm won’t get you to heaven.In talking to Bill, I felt his belief was light years past mine but hopefully I caught up to his level now. I will keep the family in my prayers and will miss him always
