Predeceased by her father specialist Branden J. Spencer. Survived by her grandmother Carmen Gonzalez, mother Wendy Velez, stepmother Lecia Rodriguez Rivas and siblings Gia Norea Spencer, Kayla J. Spencer, Brian J. Spencer and Kalianee Velez.
Spencer was full of life and never failed to make the ones around her feel loved. She was unapologetically herself, and for that she’ll always be remembered.
Calling hours will be Thursday 9am-12pm followed by a Service at 12pm. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
